Welcome to the Water's Edge Large Koi Program.
This innovative koi buying experience will allow you to view hundreds of individual koi,
pond fish starter packages and fancy goldfish
(Water lily and Lotus coming in the future). The fish you purchase will
be delivered to your favourate garden centre retailer.
If you received a business card from a fish retailer, on the back is a
three digit store code. At checkout, you will be asked to enter this
code in the coupon section of the checkout screen. This coupon code
will remove any shipping charges showing. Your fish purchase will be
delivered to that retailer on their next scheduled delivery date.
This will take anywhere from 1 day to two weeks in Ontario
(out of province deliveries will be dealt with on an individual basis).
You and your retailer will be informed by e-mail of the expected date
and time of delivery. Your fish will be kept bagged with medical grade
oxygen by the retailer for pickup by you. We would encourage you
to pick up your fish within 4 hours of the estimated delivery time.
Should you not be able to pick up the fish on the scheduled day,
it will be up to you to make alternate arrangements with the retailer
to hold the fish for you.
At checkout you will be asked to pay for this purchase through PayPal.
PayPal allows you to purchase through your own account or by
major credit card. You can be assured the security, privacy and
peace of mind that PayPal's payment system provides.
